Digital Product & Refund Policy

Buzzworthy products are digital downloads unless a product page specifically says otherwise. No physical item will be mailed. Files are normally made available through Payhip immediately after a completed purchase.

Final-sale policy

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, completed digital-product purchases are generally final.

When Buzzworthy will help

Please contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, did not receive access, received a corrupted or unusable file, or received something materially different from the product description. We will first provide access or a working replacement. If we cannot reasonably correct the problem, we will issue an appropriate refund.

A change of mind, failure to use the files, or printing costs are not normally grounds for a refund. Please review the product description and listed file formats before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a product will work for you, contact us before checkout.

Requesting help

Use the Contact page and include the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

License and sharing

Purchase gives you a limited license to use the files as described on the product page and in the Terms of Use. It does not permit resale, redistribution, public uploading, or sharing with another household unless the product explicitly includes that permission.

Payment platform

Payments are processed by Payhip and its connected payment providers. Payhip does not decide Buzzworthy’s refund policy. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and may take additional time to appear.
