A little support for real family life

Some days, getting out the door is an achievement. Calm Home offers simple tools for those everyday moments: big feelings, busy mornings, and learning to get along. Our hope is to help children build confidence and give grown-ups a useful place to start.

Why I created Calm Home

I’m Lisa, founder of Buzzworthy. I’ve spent more than 20 years teaching and helping people find their “aha!” moments. I’ve also raised two children, so I know useful ideas need to work in the middle of real family life.

That’s the thinking behind these cards and routines: make the next step clearer, give children something to practice, and notice the little wins along the way. More about me →
